About the event

Apericena is the newest trand all over Italy; happening at the "happy hours" timing, apericena is more than aperitivo and less then a dinner. 

It is a social gathering where you can enjoy great varieties of finger foods (sweet and savoury) with a glass of prosecco or an earthy glass of local wine. 

In our workshop Il pane di una volta will guide you in the preparation of 3 evergreen in italian finger foods, a mouth bite panini, a mozzarella cheese rolls and a parmigiano shortbread biscuits while 2slices will reveal the secret of vegan delicious pastries.

After the workshop a deliciuos tasting session will be served for an extra cost of 40 CHF.
