Inspired by Tartine bakery in San Fransisco, our Tartine version is 50% refined Italian durum wheat, 50% stoneground 80% extraction wheat flour. Durum wheat donate peculiar crunch to the crust and enrich the bread in nutrients. It is a perfect match for a winter soup, traditional Italian Bruschetta and dip in extra virgin olive oil.7.00 CHF
