Hello, I’m Grazia – an Italian with a Mediterranean soul and an unwavering passion for sourdough. Sixteen years ago, when my son was born, I was drawn into the world of bread baking, almost by accident. Maternity introduced me to a new rhythm and a different lifestyle, one that invited me to explore slow food and the art of fermentation.
Like many, I started baking from home for the simple pleasure of it and for the joy of making healthy food for my family. What began as a humble hobby quickly became a full-fledged passion. I found myself increasingly fascinated by the science and artistry of sourdough, captivated by the unique character of each loaf, and the way it connected me to tradition, patience, and creativity. Over time, my journey with sourdough turned from a personal experiment into something much bigger, as I began sharing my love for baking with others.
Now, 16 years later, I’m as dedicated as ever to the process.
